    Alright I need a quick advise before I actually have it done tomorrow, and I don't want to do something that gonna give me harsh ride. I got an offer to do a Fabtech 3" all around lift but then again somebody recommend me to do Donahoe 3" will be a lot smoother in the front. So now I'm confused and my deadline is tomorrow to make up my final decision. I'm half excited and half worry on which suspension to put on but at the same time that I get to put on my wheels/tire also!! :eek:

    not really that extreme...but Hoes are some of the best stuff you can buy

    are you sure Fabtech are crap? I thought fabtech are #1 at 6" lift right now? I haven't heard that much negative about their 6" but this is something new about FAbtech which is the 3" lift and I would dare to say that I'm the second person will be doing this new Fabtech 3" full lift....

    Plenty of people have the lift but they all have their pros and cons i too have heard of fabtech being crap as well as procomp but i see ruffcountry is coming out with a 6" thats pretty nice and cheap too.

    no im not sure...im just telling you what ive heard

    they may be tops at the 6" but thats because there isnt a whole lot of competition...

    ok there been a change of plan...I haven't installed Fabtech 3" lift yet, I'm planning to do front are Hoes and rear are Fabtech how bout that?

    yea rear is Fabtech struts and custom AAL...

    any idea how long the aal is?

    aal's come in 3 different flavors if you will...short, long, and progressive multi leaf

    shorts ride the worst...progressive ride the best

    iuno...the leaf they will change the whole new AAL that give me 3" I know it's not those cheapo short AAL cause I really care about how my ride is...

    you can get the 1.5" progressive leaf pack from me :) for 100 bucks, i only had it on my truck for 5 days, before i went to a 3" 11 leaf pack from all pro.

    What's your deal with fabtech?? Everybody is telling you it's junk, which is true, so why would you still run it in the rear? There are some incredible shocks made for the rear of tacomas, and fagtech is definately NOT one of them.

    Fox makes some outstanding shocks for the rear with piggyback res's and you can get them for like 150 apiece.

    What's with fabtech?? :confused::confused:

    Man I wish I can get those awesome fox shock for $150 a piece instead of the Fabtech but unfortunately Job and money is the issue. I'm currently unemployed man, the reason I'm deciding on to do the hoes in the front and fab in the back cause I got an awesome deal on a Used Pair of hoes for $450 and rear Fabtech for $200 for both shocks and custom 3" AAL from a buddy of mine that specialize in Trucks...

    BTW where do u see those piggyback fox shocks in the rear for $150... The best I could find was $199 a piece...

    maybe its just me...or im beginning to think like an adult :eek: but it would seem that if youre unemployed and have no income that lifting your truck (no matter which way) would be the lowest thing on the priority list...
