Yeah I don't pull trailer at all and I don't go off roading. Just normal driving but I do haul heavy stuff in bed like tiles, brick, etc.

Yeah that's how his posts are. Long, but extremely valuable. It's an interesting read if you ever find the time. The tl;dr version is drilling both takes away mass, and cheap ones drill through cooling veins. Both lead to decreased performance and potential rotors cracking.

I had the same issue, vibration under high speed braking. Dealer turned down rotors under warranty. All better now. I had 25k miles
    on truck.

My 2nd gen's brakes had this issue. The inner pistons on both calipers stuck, the heat and constant pad contact slowly ruined the rotor surface until it had a ridiculous vibration.

The rear drums were another headache, trouble free until the parking brake started getting stuck on offroad.

What causes it to crack is that they’ll drill through the cooling veins. The holes aren’t even necessary to cooling. I would take the time to read that thread I posted. It explains it all REALLY well

Wow, read the posts Homer! ! Read all the posts . If it was purchased “recently “ it would be a safety item. The dealer would be responsible.
But I guess being as your from the Midwest your comprehension skills are limited to that of a 2nd grade level.

Said 25k miles, also you assume he bought it at a Toyota dealership. If it was CPO and less than like 500 miles since bought it, no chance on wearable item. Buyer beware, test drive your 25k miles trucks.

Thats bullshit that the dealer wouldn't even turn your rotors at 25k.

I would have the dealer turn the rotors for you and be done with it.

Still going that route eh guy? How about you just admit you read more into what was said about the the purchase that what the facts that were given. And warranties don't cover wearable parts. If the OP bought a truck with 25k miles on it, how many does it have now How many miles does it take to warp a rotor? Why wasn't it noticed on the test drive. Was it a car dealership or private party? If dealership was it a Toyota dealer? Was there a warranty offered outside of 3/36? You seem to know all the answers to these questions so enlighten me
If I went out and did burnouts, would the dealership owe me new tires cause I just bought the truck and the rears at now slicks and unsafe? We see this at a different angle. Come up with some better insults though. That shit was weak. Hope OP gets Toyota to turn the rotors for free but I suspect he should just upgrade based on usage if he already warped the stock ones.
