You don’t need to make 6 figures to understand buying good quality parts pays dividends for years to come if you regularly use your equipment. I put in shitty ball joints (moog) and 6 months down the road I was back replacing them because they were out of spec. Would have been cheaper to get the quality parts up front

I think I am going to build a platform where the back seats are in my truck, people rarely sit back there and when they do they sit long ways so they have more leg room. Anyone done one in the back of their extended cab that can share some pics of their setup?

Is that the Fraser?

After screwing around multiple times trying to fix and reseal my buddy's e-locker, we chucked it and installed the cable conversion. Very nice craftsmanship, and it fit very well, although sometimes it feels like it doesn't want to engage. I think with some fine tuning it will work perfectly.

Okay, first things first - I have the 2.7l I4 3RZ Auto.

On heavy acceleration, there is a bad prolonged squeaking noise I am almost certain is coming from a belt slipping. That's exactly what it sounds like. When you let off the accelerator, it stops immediately.

I used to only get this squeak when the A/C compressor was engaged, now I get it no matter what on acceleration - not all the time, but it does happen.

Any idea what this could be? Maybe a loose belt or something?

Jon do you know a decent machine shop local? I was thinking I might get my output fitting piece for my trans cooler lines (where the stock temp sender is). It has another boss on the elbow before it goes to the line fitting. Otherwise I have to make a ghetto inline holder with a t fitting.

LC has a massive trans and trans cooler but I have no idea what the temps are except I can always touch the trans cooler without burning myself. I tow often enough so a gauge seems smart

Probably the AC idler bearing.
