    Chandler, I wanted to say thanks again for coming through with the ten. I've gotten to spend a few nights in it so far in some pretty hot weather and through a pretty good thunder storm and I'm impressed. Thus far I've only found one thing I feel could use improvement. When breaking down the tent you have to tuck quite a bit of material into the sides in order to get it right. A system like those in soft tents would be nice where a few bungees are attached from one side to the other on the inside to give a little tension so the sides don't fold outward. The organizers, clothes hooks, and the net above the bed are all great touches and definitely make it more livable. Although I would've liked it more if the front and rear windows zipped open from the outside, I'm more than happy using it as is. Now all I need is a fitted sheet for my Exped Megamat Duo 10 and I'll be set! Oh and the pleated ceiling really makes it look and feel super high quality inside!!

    Anyone tested the shoe bag to see if it's waterproof? Just curious.

    What did you use to compound and seal it? Mine has that same haze as well.

    Finished up my installation yesterday and ended up having to drill a couple holes thru the floor of the tent at the very front to attach to my bed rack.

    Sorry for the crappy pic - being in a garage doesn't do it justice but I'm super excited to get out camping - hopefully next weekend!

    I think Chandler mentioned the possibility or availability of a similar kit for his somewhere way back in the thread. Maybe.

    @ChandlerDOOM ?

    How does the ladder clip in place? I've just been throwing it up there with my blankets and pillows but maybe I should figure out how to secure it.

    Sorry for the non-taco content. Got my tent out for our first night in it tuesday night.

    [IMG]

    so far so good. we added a 2" memory foam under the included mattress. pretty comfy.

    the newer versions have clips screwed into the side of the tent exterior for the ladder, I hook mine onto my roof rack.

    I think he was referring to a way to secure the ladder inside the tent, when you're putting it away? At least that's how I read it.

    I could I guess. I sort of figured that since it shipped with the tent inside it that it was probably fine to store it in there as well. Space inside the cruiser is usually at a premium.
