Placed an order Friday 6/22/18, Bilstein HD's were in-stock, said would ship on 6/25/18. Received a confirm email on 6/22, nothing since.

800 245-7469 contact number goes unanswered since last Wednesday, does not go to voicemail. Live Chat is disabled on their website since last Wednesday, messages left there are not answered. Sent email to their Tech Support, got a sortof confirm reply from them to my email, but it says "This message may not have been sent". What??

I still can't contact these bums, phone still isn't answered, doesn't go to VM, Live Chat still offline, emails are not replied to. I went through Paypal today to try for a resolution. Probably should order a set through CarId and get them in, hope Paypal can get my money back.

The shocks are for a 2003 VW Eurovan poptop camper, I posted it here because there is a lot of activity on this site. I got Tundra shocks from them, seamless. Now, this is pissing me off. I should have had this camper lifted and offroadable by now.

Thanks for your reply. I chatted with CarId about the Eurovan shocks (Bilstein B6's, aka HD 4600), they confirmed they are in stock and ready to ship.

CarId price-matched shockwarehouse, $450 shipped for all four.

This is an old post, but I just joined tacomaworld.

I purchased a set of Rancho 9000 XL for 2004 Tacoma from shockwarehouse - my first Rancho purchase. One of the shocks failed within a few months. I contacted shockwarehouse, they told me I have to purchase a replacement shock, return the failed one, then they will issue a refund after examining the failed shock. I followed the instructions, but never heard from them again. I have been contacting them over and over and over again, they keep telling me they will issue a refund, but they never issue it. They keep coming-up with excuses, but they always tell me I should have receive a refund.

As you noted, they are extremely difficult to contact. In my opinion, they suck, are dishonest, are scamming people.
I contacted Rancho and they sounded sympathetic, but did nothing to help. They also confirmed, shockwarehouse is not an authorized dealer. So there is an authorized dealer out there who is selling items to shockwarehouse, but Rancho doesn't know who that is.

if they aren't a RANCHO authorized dealer than your pretty much on your own, unless you used PAYPAL for the purchase where you could make a case against them. I would also try to contact my credit card customer service maybe they can get involved somehow and not leave you holding the bag for the new shock purchase until this gets straightened out. sounds like shockwarehouse is an organization that i'll be avoiding if I needed new shocks.
