Anyone know the (brake) fluid capacity of an 02? I'm getting ready to do the Tundra swap and want to completely flush the brake fluid before installing the new lines, calipers, and wheel cylinders.

Ordering the fluid but don't want to not order enough... or order too much (brake fluid has a shelf life)

Edit: Should have specified, looking for (brake) fluid capacity of an 02 with 231mm Tundra brakes... I'm assuming the larger calipers add capacity over the Field Service Manual spec.

I'd grab 3-4 of the large bottles if you want to completely flush. Gonna take a while and a lot of fluid. Good luck!

I just did all this about a month ago. Dont forget about bleed the proportioning valve. I didn't even know there was a bleeder on it lol.

Good call... I didn't know the proportioning valve had a bleeder either.

Bleed proportioning valve first, then right rear, left rear, right front, left front. At least that's what I was told.

La Grange is small and boring (hate me for saying it)

Anyone wanna bbq there? Easy up, bbq and some ice chests or are we set on the brewery? (Dont let me impose changing the groups plans, tell me to stfu)

No, you start farthest away from the master cylinder then work your way toward it. Apart from the proportioning valve. Passenger rear first so you bleed the most line possible. I can explain it better in person if you're interested.
