Is there a difference between a blower & a supercharger? If so, what's the difference? Thanks.

It was I who got window tinting...

Just under 30%. 30% is maximum allowed on front windows under Pennsylvania law...

I'm not too sure in all honesty
I asked them to match what came stock on the rear windows and back glass and they said "we can't do that dark blah blah"

I was like o_O :annoyed: :notsure:
So they ended up doing a shade lighter than whatever that may be. It's not dark at all and I thought the stock "privacy glass" (i think that's what it's called) wasn't very dark either.

At some point it will all get re-done a shade darker hopefully. It looks a lot darker in pics for some reason.

I was under the impression the SC kits for these were plug & play. What tuning issues are you having?

They no longer tune them with the factory TRD reflash. You now have to source your own tuning or go with the bullydog tuner.

I went with the UCON from URD and its just hesitating a little when going from no throttle to WOT. They said the cam is throttling the engine agressively and thats whats causing the problem. Theyre rewriting the tune for my truck and then theyll just have me hook up my laptop to the ecu and they will reflash it when its done. Should be an easy fix, crossing my fingers

Blower's are belt driven off the crankshaft, Turbo's are driven by the exhaust gas.
    Hence the delay on Turbos.

Finished up the passenger side. It’s not identical to the drivers side, but it’s close enough that you’d never notice unless the two were side by side. Luckily they’re in separate sides of the truck!

One thing I did change is that I added a 90° tab that serves a couple purposes. It tricks the truck into the door is closed (key beeping and dome light) and it also applies pressure to the door. This prevents it from rattling.

Tease tease tease (see last pic). I went full ham with the offset/backspacing on these wheels. I’m basically gonna need the clearance similar to that for 35’s.

My next tire size! I’m at 255/80r17 now and didn’t have to trim a single thing.. I wanna see what you end up trimming

All depends on your tire choose and wheel offset! I’m gonna go see Joe at GMG fab in Tempe, AZ. He does great work. He’ll do whatever trimming I need and flex it to make sure I’m gtg. I’ve already trimmed a ton of plastic.
