Is that her model pose?? She’s looks like quite the kitty.

I had a kitty named Zoe. RIP I know you’re not supposed to have favorites when you have several cats but she was and still is. Just don’t tell any of my other cats.

 

Haha she has no lack of character that's for sure.

How’s Suki doing? Is she back to her usual self?

 

Very cool of you to ask- thank you! Doing pretty well, appetite is still not normal but she’s showing more interest in grooming her belly. She’s also getting more comfortable about having her belly scratched but this is something I do very delicately. She’s still a bit standoffish with the other cats and whacks them if they get too close to her. Maybe still feeling a little vulnerable. Thanks again for checking in. Saw this at Costco today and had to text it to my wife- different spelling but close

Yeah I find it’s best to do just what you can until they let you know they don’t want anymore. What did you decide to use?
I also find giving them a little Petromalt during or after helps out too. It’s a treat (or so my cats think) but it also helps with the hairballs.

 

Good on you for accepting him! Our furry companions turn houses into homes and give us a reason to come home and smile. Our two Maine Coons greet us every day after work.

She has great markings and this is a nice photo of her. The best photos of our pets are ones where we get down to their level.

Ouch, poor thing. Keep working on them, a little every chance she lets you and do reward her with treats of some sort during and when finished. That will help with positive re-enforcement that it's a good thing you're doing. Make sure to give her attention without the trimming too so that she doesn't expect the scissors every time you come to her. Keep us posted on your progress and let us know if you run into trouble.
