Not true. They have a manufacturing plant in California. When custom ordering you can pay $150.00 extra to have it produced in California and it has up to a 4 week turn around instead of 8-12.

Are those black with gray stitching or white? How much extra for the fancy head rest. Looks sharp.

That must be something new. When I bought mine over 2 years ago they were only made in a few overseas countries and only had a showroom in California. There was zero options to buy made in USA. That is why so many of us waited 12 weeks to get basic colors with no stitch options. Those options took another 6 weeks to get. I haven't looked at their website lately but it used to state countries of origin and the USA was not on that list.

Mine where a custom order. Gray inserts, black bolsters, with red stitching and embroidered head rest. They shipped from China and they somehow forgot the embroidery so I had to ship them to a UT address.

The seat cover look good. But not happy about the head rest or the console cover.

Bout to install these on a 3rd gen. Should I just install these with the front and passenger seat attached or does it help to take the seats out?

In regards to the fitment of the center console cover, is your factory center console lid vinyl or fabric? They are different and the center console cover is only designed to cover the fabric lid.
I've received your headrests back, the embroidery is done AFTER the manufacturing process in our office in Utah. I apologize that they were sent out to you without the embroidery. Because we added the embroidery after the original order, it was accidentally overlooked in the shipping process. Yours are going to be stitched up and sent out today. I'll be sending you an email shortly to confirm the logo :)

We have always found that it is best to leave the seats in the vehicle. It helps to have the seats securely bolted down so that you can pull down on the seat cover and not have the entire seat moving around on you.

The 18 TRD PRO seat shape is the same as the non TRD Tacoma. They will fit your seats! The seat heaters will still function- because you are adding another layer of material, you will see that it takes a minute longer for the seats to warm up but they will still function!

I’d hope they covered shipping. What’s wrong with the head rests and console cover?

Toyota never made a "Fabric factory console lid" for 2nd Gen Tacoma's, they are all Vinyl.

Looking for help/suggestions/pics. I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on black on black leather Clazzio covers but can't decide on stitching. Would you guys go with light gray or dark gray stitching on all black seats? Im not looking for a really custom look, just something subtle that will look factory. Not sure if dark gray stitching will give enough contrast to be worthwhile but at the same time maybe light gray stitching would be difficult to keep clean. My Tacoma is Silver sky metallic if that helps. Thanks in advance!

That is what the manufacturer tells us anyways. We've had some members of this forum make it work on their vinyl console covers. But they've had to remove them from the car to make it work. Typically, we do not make a cover for anything that isn't cloth with some exceptions.

Finally got time to put 'em in! I couldn't be happier with the results! I'd order them again in a heartbeat. Dark gray leather inserts with black black body and dark gray stitching.

Check out the post I just put up. I have black body, dark gray inserts leather and dark gray stitching. The dark gray stitching is pretty light. My truck is silver sky metallic as well.

Looks great! you're right it does look pretty light. I guess the light gray stitching would look almost white in person? Is the contrast on your stitching more or less noticeable in person? I'm sure that I'm over thinking this but my OCD is pretty bad. :goingcrazy:
