Anyone want some free 35’s? I have 2 of them that I need to get rid of. Pro comp MT2’s that have like 7/32nd’s tread left. Would make great spares.

Don’t think there’s anyone that lives right there at it. I’m about an hour from there. What’s up?

I was just there a few weeks ago. If you get down in the tailwaters, thats some cold water for wading but the trout are nice.

Also varies a lot on age and what your body is used to. My maintenance at 6'1 180 is about 3500. But I know guys who are 5'10 205lb that maintain that weight at like 2800 calories.

Easiest thing to do is download myfitnesspal and inout whatever your tdee and carb/protein/fats are and then plug in food as you go throughout the day. Keeping up with macros that way is easier to get into it. That is, if you're serious. I used tdeecalculator @totmacher

Gid is another good example. That motherfucker weighs like 145 but eats like 5000calories a day and doesn't gain weight.

Thought you went to the caney? Did you hit up the Obey too?
Not right there, but you’ll be pretty close to windrock and pretty close to AOP. Both are awesome in different ways. If the dates happen to line up check this out.

Didn't explore much of Obey. Just stopped for the night on our way to red river gorge. The section right below dam was narrow and lots of trees along edges. Both had good clear waters though. Fewer people at Obey too.

You'll wake up some morning and weigh 340lbs. No warning....Just happens. What used to be in my shoulders is now around my belt line. It's called oldness.
