I'm not apposed to the BBQ and nobody hates you for saying what is true, La Grange is both

But it's easy and since only a few of us have actually met figured this would be a decent chance to meet and see who's gonna be the guy getting stuck and being pulled out (probably me)

Next trip I want to actually go up the hill

Yeah, i took my truck there the day after i bought it, b/c Frank Raines was closed for "fire season" which is still so alien to me. Growing up there riding dirtbikes, ive spent ALOT of time there and always enjoyed the lax "rules" of FR compared to places* like Carnagie.

10/10 would like to be the guy BBQ'in and cracking jokes about my un-built limo.

In fact, I dont know why i even questioned your word in the first place, forget i said anything and allow me to fade back into the shadows.

La grange is going to be HOT.

I’d recommend hitting it early then moving on.

Keep me posted on the next one. I’m going to be in CO on the 22nd so I’ll miss this one unfortunately.

I can recommend things up the hill too. Might want to consider an overnight trip opens up more stuff over the pass.

Possibly in. May be a hard sell to go down the hill instead of up it. I’ve got to prep the truck for an Oregon trip the following weekend but I should be done with everything by the 21st. Will let you know as it gets closer

So it sounds like LaGrange is kinda the down side of this trip, should we move the destination to relief reservoir?

I'm still a maybe (leaning heavily on attending), so I don't want to cause a sway in the decision on the destination... but I hear Relief is pretty cool.

Here's a shameless self serving plug that could cause an opening for a small get together prior to the weekend of the 21st 22nd...

So, I think I'm going to be doing my Tundra brakes, replacing LBJs, replacing the brake lines, rebuilding my rear brakes, and adding a 5 lug leaf on the weekend of the 14th 15th.

Anyone want to hang out, drink beer, talk a whole bunch about working on a truck, and eat?

I feel the same way, dont let me have any stake in the destination.

Also camping the weekend of the 14th (hence the maybe of the 21st). Im probably going to be installing my own lift so id like to get some first hand experience... On other peoples rigs lol.

Camping with the boyfriends daughter on the weekend of the 14th. Would be easier to convince the boyfriend of relief reservoir then la grange but don’t let me sway it. I think the ones who confirmed “in” should chime in on where is better for them. Currently I’m at work until 2am and I’m pretty sure my boyfriend is passed out since he’s not answering my texts

Where are you at? When you get ready to lift your truck, let me know. If you're close, and my schedule works, I'd sure try to be there to give you a hand.

@Motofox Manteca is absolutely no problem for me. Just keep us up to date. I'm positive we can get a group together to "get r done" and make it a fun time.
