So with the proper harness I should be good. Not using the cubby, should be good for the arb. Thx!

There are so many areas to stay around alpine area. We found a campsite near the dam that has electric hookups back in May when we picked up the Bigfoot trailer. Currently staying in the same spot now. Hard to beat for $17 a night even though there are free spots everywhere.

Yellowstone, I just have no idea what is up there for campsites. With the one year old it sucks exploring for a spot after driving all day.

Looking forward to getting to the places where we plan on staying for awhile so we can look for free sites to boondock.

Looking at a chart for a 20’ run and the compressor draws ~60amps you’d want minimum of 4 gauge wire.

No way my wife would be okay with that with the baby. If it was just us two she would be fine with it. The RV park we stayed at across the street from Mesa Verde was amazing and it only cost $34 a night. The Moab RV park kind of sucked and it was $60 a night.

Guessing it's a bit late but there are nice spots across from the tetons that are free but camper spots probably taken.

No worries. We enjoyed over crowded, Teton today. Luckily we got great parking spots wherever we went.

Well if you hang out in the area, there's camping up this road. Decent number of camper spots.

Watched a lightning storm over the tetons from there.

Where y'all headed from there? East entrance is where you'll see thousands of bison/elk. If you head out of that entrance and go east there's lots of awesome hikes, views.

Some cool stuff up lulu (i think) pass. Mining ruins, glaciers you can hike to (grasshopper glacier) although i didn't see any grasshoppers and the glacier was almost gone but that is not a camper road other than the first bit of lulu maybe.

North to bigfork/whitefish Montana. First actual stop to look at the area to possibly live.

What’s the deal with the fires up in that area? Sounds like you haven’t had any issues with them? We’re up by RMNP now but will be there later in the month to do Alpine Loop, etc.

My wife must have read the same thing! Black Bear seems like the only trail we’re not doing! Any issues with fires in that area?

Prices are stupid! Might see if we can buy some land. With spray foam insulation and in-floor heating it might be better to build a little 2 bed 2 bath house instead of paying way too much for a 20-30 year old house.
