Obviously. But as a full grown adult. You putting on 30 lbs isn't going to make your bones grow.

Which is essentially what was said.

Thanks for posting. I haul occasionally as well and I've often wondered what my truck would do loaded down like that. Sounds like I don't have to worry!

Sorry, this isn't really a thread jack, but...

Osteoclasts resorb bone matrix result in osteocyte(the terminal stage of osteoblasts) apoptosis and decreases of bone mass. In normal condition, the resorption will be followed by new bone formation, to keep the balance of bone mass to suit the change of bone mechanical environment and to repair micro-damage.

Healthy humans are growing new bone every day.

    Very interesting process

I once hauled 1830lbs. of concrete borders and lava rock in my 2001 with a comfortable distance to bumpstops left. Truck did fine but I got reprimanded in here a bit regarding our trucks not having a "floating" rear axle and I could've jacked the rear end. I suppose your truck will be ok other than that little thing to be careful of.

Looks a lot better than when I had 2 yards of wet mulch in the back of mine this past weekend.

Sorry but I have a hard time seeing the 750lbs of weight in your bed... I see 5 bags of sand @ 50lbs and maybe 20 pavers @ 11-12lbs each that’s right under 500lbs in the rear...just saying

I was thinking the same thing at first. Guessing those pavers weight 25lbs each that would bring the weight to 500lbs plus the sand 250lbs and him 250lb. Either way I’ve seen cars handle that kinda load no problem so shouldn’t be a problem with these trucks. I threw a pallet of shingles and another time a half pallet of cement in my old frontier, on a short 4 mile trip from Home Depot and it squatted just about to the bump stops. Weight was around 1500lbs in the bed plus me and my buddy in the truck. I was 180 and him 260. My guess is my Tacoma would of been about the same. My f150 I had 1800lbs alone in the bed of broken up concrete and it didn’t squat that much, actually took that for quite a drive taking it to a guy who wanted some fill on a new build.

I actually had about the same 1,800lbs of 4x4 pavers (about a full pallet) in the back of my old f-150 it was overloaded and squatted quite a bit but still drove just fine...no match for the twin turbo haha

A pallet of shingles is over ~4300lbs, so this is not true. A typical shingle (3bdls/sq) is about 80lbs and they usually have 52 bundles per pallett. For example, a 53' trailer only hauls 11 pallets of shingles, yes I am in the building industry.

No offense, but I have seen little old ladies loading more than that into their Honda Civics at Lowes.

He had like 12 pavers and 4 bags of sand. I see people at Popeyes when they are having a sale that weigh more than that.
