Another reason not to live in CA, lol. Divorce is 50/50 no matter the circumstances; the state got tired of dealing with so many cases every year and just said fuck it, you guys have to split everything.

Also it's less about where you get married and more about where you get divorced....getting divorced in CA as a resident is where those laws come into place. Some people get crafty and spend some time changing their residence over to a different state before filling the paperwork so they can get a better outcome.

Of course, the idea is to avoid ever finding yourself in those circumstances in the first place..

I was trying to set up my canopy so I won’t be bombarded by the sun while I drill out the spot welds on the bed, but the cheap ass piece of shit broke. So I’m trying to weld it back together.

I think you would be better off welding a 6" plate on both sides and drilling new holes.

It’s steel I doubt China is going to be spending extra money on Aluminum for a cheap canopy like this

That won’t work because this is a Pivot point. If I put steel plates the canopy won’t fold anymore

Yeah it would. Take a 1/4” plate and place it within the tube. Drill hole for pivot point and then a hole on either side of the piviot point with bleacher bolt on the side where the two rods rub agianst eachother

No it folds in on itself.

I fixed it for now. After I use it today it’s getting chucked.
