    Seriously...thank god I'm at work all day, they keep the AC on frosty. Although this summer our house has central air which is awesome...last summer I was living in a guest "house" that only had a small window unit. That sucked.

    But yeah...nothing happening to the truck this weekend in this heat.

    That's a good work around, other than the sun being gone at night not much changes here, the overnight low yesterday was 95

    @Blackdawg any idea if I can use 2nd gen camburg bushings for my UCA's? My buddy has a set laying in his garage. They look like different part numbers but I thought I would ask.

    My coolant temp hit 205° today. I've never seen my truck get hotter than 195° before, it usually stays at 188°-192°. If this crazy heat keeps up I think I'm gonna throw my lower temp tstat back in to see what happens.

    Mine never used to get over 194 but with AC and 110 heat I get to 206 sometimes

    Hey guys I really need some advice here kinda bummed out so I ripped my motor apart and come to find out a rod bearing was gone so I have a 97 2.7 on a frame out back can I use the block it needs a head gasket but other than that runs great has a lil loss of power but would that be head gasket or rings I have pistons and rods in my shed should I rebuild it I just dont want to have to send the crank out please help very discouraged
