PC Games?

Im looking to buy a PC game, i dont have a console, but i bought a new computer last week for a job, and now i want to try it for games, I used to play COD 2 a lot and some ghost recon like 2-3 years ago, COD2 wont install on W7, and ghost recon is not as fun as COD, im also interested on some racing games, do you guys have any recommendations, it would be great if i could buy and download online

im really looking at the dirt 2 game, im wondering, can you play it with 2 players on a single computer, like a console?
im asking, because I have 1 joystick and a nes type controller and would like the wife to play with me...

im looking to buy the PC version, because i dont own a console

dirt is also a very good racing game havent play it on the pc just the 360.

I like FPS games and have a blast with Crysis, Crysis2. The most fun is when you can set up a LAN and go in as teams in CrysisWars. So many modded maps and hours of fun.

Cloak engaged. I found a Gauss Rifle.......... hehehe

If your PC can run that with good resolution, you can run most anything. The new version is due out this fall I think. I will likely need a new unit to run it.

I have never run a driving game on PC, only on PS2. Waiting for GT on PS3

 

Download Steam right now, run it, look at the store with hundreds of games, BUY Battlefield BC2 and CounterStrike: Source, be happy.

 

Quick question, if you buy software trough steam, does that mean you cant install it unless you have steam running, does the game became linked to steam?

if you or anyone is interested in BLUR PC game let me know, I had issues with the downloaded version from gametap.com, so I bought a brand new hardcopy of the game. Now I was able to get the downloaded version to work!!, so I will be receiving the other one I bought in the mail next week, brand new, unopened. $25 shipped to whoever wants it.

I'm still getting use to it, cars handle very different of Grid and Dirt 2, but the game is very good.
