What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Installed @Up2NoGood 's 2Lo kit this evening! Took less than 5 minutes, and that included finding the ratchet+10mm socket required to remove 1 bolt.

Took it for a quick spin to test and and it worked flawlessly. This will prove to be truly valuable when towing/reversing with a heavy load/offroading.

 

Got a snug top shell and my windows tinted.

 

Love the grill! And of course the flag!

 

Where could a fella find all the info for one of these doohickies?

Just bought the last of my gauges! In total temp, 2 afr, boost. All x-series!

 

Replaced my 600lb Eibach coils with 660lb OME 886's to solve the sagging and rubbing I experienced after installing an ARB bumper.

With my brother helping we had both sides done and torqued to spec in just under an hour.





No more sag!

 

Nice bumper and lift. I’m thinking about that bumper and a full OME lift.

Pulled the headliner in my AC as prep for installing ditch tracks. Many changes of underwear looming, the side curtains are close along the back half.

Did you use spring compressor or the jack method to replace the springs? Looks awesome!

 

I've replaced just only the structs not the springs using only a jack, a 3 hour job for each side. Knowing what I now know, strongly recommend to get the complete strut assembly. It's only a couple of dollars more and it'll save a lot of frustration and time. Use some tape to mark the new strut as to which side to install it.
