At least your wife notices...could be good or bad for some. Mine wouldn’t know I lifted it until she struggles to get in..then I would get heat for making it harder on HER to get into my vehicle...

Just waiting for the Pro wheels to show up today. I put the bilstiens in yesterday. It took me about 3 1/2 hours but 2 of them were fighting with the top shock nut on passenger side. Had to break out the dremel and cut that bitch off. PIA. Did the driver side in about 30 minutes with some WD40 on that top nut. Set them on third notch and seem to be a bit more than an inch but I think they will settle a bit. Truck looks level now but waiting for my 1" block from Headstrong. Hopefully get the wheels on today if they show up early enough.

The Casita is real light and I have the sumo springs that help. Last time I did an AAL squeaking drove me insane. My one year old Taco already squeaks stock. I will probably add a whole leaf pack in a few years when I get an bigger trailer.

Your wife calls you material girl and you owned a 5lugger

Thank your lucky stars that you have a female wife ....

Mod your truck as she says, before she leaves you for Vinnie on Staten Island or Cameron in the Hamptons

So pulled up to my house from a quick motorcycle ride and Fedex dude is ringing doorbell with my wheels. I had to sign for them. Great timing. Whew. Called shop and they said they could squeeze it in today. Post some pics tonight when its done.

So these were on 2 hours after they arrived at my house. When I went to pick up the truck I was really happy with how it looks. As stated so many time on TW the pics don't do it justice. My next door neighbor said "you have the best wife ever" lol. Which is kind of awkward because his wife was not far away.LOL People are definitely staring more at the Inferno with these wheels and an 1.5" higher. Three people in a jeep were almost breaking their necks to check it out. I usually get comments on my truck just because of the color but I think thats about to be magnified. The ride seems stock to me maybe a bit softer than the stock sport shocks and the 1.5" higher is more noticable in a good way than I expected. Will post some more this week after the 1" block in the rear. The rears sits about .5 inch lower. Last pic of my girls. My wife who actually gave me the 2k for my birthday to get this done and my 14 year old Rottweiler Baby who basically owns the back seat of the Tacoma.IMG_20180707_192355.jpg

If I could like this 16 times, I would. Blocks are not ideal for towing. Tongue weight, combined with drag from trialer, equals a lot more axle wrap then you want on stock springs. You can go this route, but I would plan on the springs life being over in the next couple years.

Edit: Sumo Springs do nothing for axle wrap, they are in the center of the leaf, if anything they will make it worse by A, unloading the spring a little bit, allowing the torque from the tire to flew the spring even more, and B, giving the springs a pivot point.
