    That’s my go to on the cheat days. My dinner every night is either a 1lb of steak 1lb of chicken or a 1lb tuna steak with potatoes and veggies. I have to cut rice and bread and beer out my diet for a bit. No rice is the hardest.

    Yea I few years ago I got the flu(2016) really bad and lost 25lbs. And just had partial reconstructive shoulder surgery November of 2017. So I’m finally able to get back in the gym. I was a med student until my baby was born last July so I got the nutritional and body shit down lol.
