    There’s still a good chance it’s something driveline related, as they can be finicky and shims don’t always fix it. My next guess would be your carrier bearing. Maybe the extra lift could be putting more strain on it and causing some fuckery.

    I meant moreso it could be at the end of its life and needing replacing. Just thinking aloud. Have you tried removing all that stuff and starting fresh? FWIW I don’t have shims anywhere and don’t have any vibes. That’s what I meant by them being finicky. Seems every truck is different
