Any difference since removing the resonator box and installing the silicone pipe?

 

I like it! I went for a more minalist look.

Can you tell me exactly what you did here?
Im looking to put a drop in dry filter and add the air accelerator piece and get rid of the resonator box but the HPS hose is $170 . too much.

 

I just cut the whole piece of the intake off that connected to the resonator and connected the silicone intake tube .You can order them at

I think went with a 30 degree bend but they have a ton of options .

 

OP what kind of paint did you use to paint the plastic cover ?

 

Krylon gloss white. Just keeping an eye on how it holds up over time with the heat.
