    A small example of in infrastructure upgrade on campus. Contractors setting new manholes, running 4 sets of 4 inch pvc, installing rebar and concrete over pipes (high voltage duct bank), and pulling new cable. Going to continue into new summer. Good overtime or comp leave for our rank and file!
