Got the axle smoothed today and brackets fitted. Couple of little things and I should be welding next week in the evenings.20180617_173528.jpg

Fitting that passenger side mount sucks, I've got about a 1/8" of clearance between the nut for that link and the elocker. Drove mine for the first time yesterday in over a month after the 3 link and y link, totally worth all the long days, late nights, and gobs of money to get it how i want it. Can't wait to have it on a trail this weekend!

    Looking good man, keep pressing.

Been slacking on updating... sorry guys. Should be cycling the 3 link today if things go as planned. Happy Independence Day! And I guess a belated Canada Day to America's Hat!

Everything looks good except for that gross looking diff guard. :puke:

Does it clear your panhard at full passenger stuff? How about your tie rod at full lock? I usually see those with the top trimmed down to pretty much were the fill plug is for clearance.

It may be a trail gear but it can take a beating, trust me ;)

I didnt say anything about its ability to be bashed into a rock and i dont care who makes it, it's FUGLY. Especially next to all the 4WUG brackets.

EDIT: I know this build isn't about aesthetics, i was mostly asking Loco if it was going to clear everything before he welds it up fully.

That's why it just had 3 tack welds... got the steering together today and I'm probably going to cut it down a few inches. Need something to save the front pumpkin from a rogue rock. Looked at some other guards but I like having a big ass thick diff guard. The one in the rear is skimpy and just covers the ring gear but it's the only 9.5 specific guard out there... or at least was a couple years back.

Steering is all done now. Changing up the coilover mounting... stupid steering linkage is getting in the way so trying something else. Trial and error has been in full force this week.

Jose made a lot of stuff fit... I'm lazy and tired of fucking with the truck. I would actually like to wheel my truck at some point.
