They are only looking for opinions from people who have owned their truck for 4 years or less. What about those who have owned 10-12? Are those opinions not as valuable? I could give them better insight than some dude who just got his truck

 

How do I get in on this?

 

I got an email from Dallas by Definition research firm asking me to participate. I was in their database previously from trying to take part in another survey through TTR. They didn't want Tacoma owners the first time, but this time they do. Maybe fill out the stuff to get in the database (http://www.dallasbydefinition.com/respondent_form.html ) Or call them and just say you got an email about the survey? I had another opportunity through them to do a survey about television viewing habits. $100 for 2 hours, but it was during the day and I couldn't take off work to make an extra $100.

 

If he is about to learn how to weld, building trailers is a massive liability. Building trailers like utility is tough because they are sold sooooo cheap and hard to compete with companies that make them by the hundreds.

Buckner makes some really good brass pop ups. It’s crazy you have some in the yard already. I have hard time selling them to people because they are so expensive. You may have an actuator that is stuck closed or a wire that came loss some where. I don’t know how they installed yours but usual they will run one supply line off your water line and the actuator will be in a path off it. So find one and follow it.

 

The system was here when I bought the house, pretty sure it is an old system as the control box for it was an old kitchen timer style. I replaced it with a Rain Bird system.

I know the one zone that I have will get water, but no pressure at all to be able to do anything.

I also have no idea where the supply line off my main water is. I know where all the wires from the control box go into the ground, I just have not been able to dig it up yet to see if the control valves are there.

Do you know where your backflow preventer is? The backflow things will look like a big brash mushroom and it’s ehat feeds the water for the system off the water line. On older system they would make one supply line and have all the actuators next to each other on the side of the house or in a control box.

 

Weren’t you getting the one from wichita falls?

 

Saw like three sets on Dfw Craigs list earlier.
