    I did a bit of it at 36psi (BFG KO2’s E-load). Dropped to 20psi and much smoother ride and less risk of puncture. Airing down on 600-2 is a must IMO.

    600-1 is about half graded road now. That being said, airing down will always make the ride smoother as @nagorb said. I even air down riding the forest roads when I go to the shooting range.
