None taken, but obviously I clicked on the link and seen $190. Inquiring on TW to the guy who sells Tepui products I was asking if his discount applied to accessories as well

TepuiTents - I took my Kukenam 3 for the second time since purchase in late May and we had some rain. The seams on the side of the tent leaked water in. Do you have a recommendation on what to use to seal those seams? I don't want to have to go through a return or anything like that. It wasn't a lot but it is a brand new tent. I've already had to get a replacement rain fly for it right out of the box. :(

Which seams on the side were leaking? If it was along the bottom seams, a common problem (not just with Tepui tents) is if the lower skirt of the tent canopy is not down and is folded up. It will collect water if it rains and water will eventually soak through. You need to make sure the bottom flap is laying flat (down).

Where did you purchase the tent? Directly through Tepui, from another dealer?

The leak is on the window side. I purchased from REI but I don't want to return the tent and loose a bunch of weeks of camping weekends waiting for an RMA process and new tent to be shipped. I also want to make sure I'm not voiding warranties or something although I'm sure a standard seam sealer will likely fix the leak.

At first I thought it might be condensation but there was no evidence of condensation anywhere else at the time and the rain was hitting this side directly.

Not saying it wasn't a leak at the seam, but if the rain was hitting that side of the tent directly and if it was very windy, it can also be possible for some water to sneak through the small vent that is high on that side. I would suggest calling the Tepui shop directly to get direction on any sealants they would recommend and verify any warranty concerns. I don't see anything in the photos that show improper taping of the seams.
