    Verdict is in.... the rack has been stretched because of poor alignment and there are metal shavings in the power steering fluid.:annoyed:
    They want to replace the rack, power steering pump and the power steering lines.:(

    Do you have the spec sheet from your last alignment? If you do, show that to them and have them explain how an alignment within specs can cause that much damage.

    They already showed me on my truck. One outer tie rod has no threads showing and the other side has a bunch showing. And because of the lift on the truck.
