What do u recomend wheel wise in 16"?. Im putting on same size tire, unless u guys convince me otherwise. Itll be a more aggressive grappler model. Stock setups gotta go.

Im in miami guys. Zero hills or anything. Bridges.. thats it.

Dont care to lift or need to go larger wheels. Only if its going to improve mpg and performance on a daily, city, job to job typa use.

These threads are always end up by people telling you to buy the same setup they bought.

You're best off suggesting wheels/tires you like and asking questions about them specifically. Lots if different factors go into wheel/tire selection. I wouldn't want what 80 percent of people on here have, but I have gotten really good help after narrowing it down and asking specific questions. Good luck!

Every one raves about them, they look awesome, but once I saw the effort needed to get them, I decided on something else.

Really dude? Those wheels look rad, and the concept is simple. Submit your order form to Carlos at the bodega. He gonna call his connect overseas. Request your submission appt at said bodega by sending word to the south. From that point on, Carlos will know when you’re ready, even before you do. Then, it’s a waiting game. 8 months later, our shipment will arrive at a series of checkpoints. If you are not on time at each checkpoint (4 in total, 5 if you got a spare) you forfeit said wheel. Checkpoints will be assigned by lottery, and you may find yourself crossing paths with other obsessed people, which is why you were issued a taser in the first place, become efficient with it. Once you’ve recovered all wheels, that’s fucking it. People make it out to be WAY more work than it is.

When i do drive on the highway its not an issue to me or the truck but i accept the fact that the transmission sucks on the 3rd gen and will eventually get something to fix that. Last highway trip i did i averaged 20mpg going between 75-80mph. Wet traction seems good to me but also my daily commute is not that far. And i have yet to test them offroad.

In your environment, and your described use, 'grapplers' are a waste. They will be noisy, wear faster and ding your mpg.

A set of the Volks shown above are a legit high dollar lightweight forged wheel.

Some Michelin Defenders would be more aggressive than OE in looks, great in foul weather, fairly light for the size, and long wearing. Even handle snow should you make a trip north.

Michelin makes great tires, but their sidewalls are just so dang boring. They'd look right at home on a CRV. I like my sidewalls to have bite.
