Did Lynn go with you or you were just with some friends? So, not a place you would want to move back to huh?

No Lynn stayed at home. Went back for my 30th HS reunion. Naw Dallas has some very cool areas but nothing nature-wise for hundreds of miles. Unless you like cows. And it is hot and humid AF

It's the same "jokes" every time. Funny the first time, not so funny after you hear it 10 times. I was also desk jockey-ing. Also, had to go in to the office for the first time in a month today, the service has gotten even worse in there :pout:

I've yet to see anything new and creative as of late. I get bored of the same things quickly. Hence my poor spending habits.

That surfboard was not a poor spending choice! I did buy a wavestorm a month ago, but clearly, another good purchase with lifetime insurance. Oh ya, I bought a squat rack, bench, and weights for my garage so I have a home gym, that decision may or may not be poor, only time will tell  Besides that I haven't really been buying stuff though haha, just house items that needed to be bought.

He left a good friend on the trail, my buddies air compressor broke when trying to air up. That dude had a CO2 tank but didn't want to spend the few minutes it would take help with airing up the tires stating that he needed to be up early in the morning for a car meet or something. The other time he was with a group that ended up with a broken rear end, he split real fast after it broke..

    Ahhhh I saw that

I hate the gatekeeping that goes on with people and how protective they are over a hobby.

I got into camping/off roading because of Tacoma world and seeing pictures of where people went. I love that.

I routinely pic trips based on pics that other people have posted. If somebody puts in the effort to figure out where the location is, research how to get there and what they will need, then who are you to tell them they can't go just because they saw it on instagram.

I get the protecting the land thing, but that is about it.
