Ride along. I know you wanna do harder trails. I don't wanna risk it with a 1300 mile drive 3 days later

You should wear a mask in case there are cameras. Or panty hose works too.

Turns out I’m not getting nearly as bad mileage as I thought. I never accounted for the increased tire size because I thought it was only a couple percent. Turns out I’m 9% larger when calculated from stock 30.5” to my now 33.5”....

When properly calculated I got 1.5 mpg back, putting me at 14.7 on this last tank of mostly highway.

If you look and act like youre supposed to be there and are authorized to use the supply stock, nobody asks questions. Granted today I got asked what I was using it for by one of the civilians. I straight up told him the truth and he was like "........mmmm okay."

Considering everything you have going on 14.7 is not too shabby. Do you keep the rpm's under 2k? Speeds under 70 mph? That's what kills me. I've had my Mall Crawler under 14 before. Of course I tend to channel Dale Sr. quite a bit.

Every time the wife and use the words "lift kit" in a conversation (which is normally her asking when am I getting it done) she is quick to point out it is going to hurt me at the pumps. I must have said something once before about this and like a true woman, she has never forgotten it, or lets me.

    Good afternoon Lair

LOL. Yeah, they tend to remember specific things, certain way. Lol.

About "Lift Kit" and MPGs... I had mine installed a few weeks ago , and I've noticed 1-2 MPG drop on my morning commute, according to the trip computer (when I shut the car off).
Morning commute is 21 miles, mostly highway some city streets, mostly light traffic with speeds up to 60ish mph.
Used to get 19.5 - 20 mpg, now 17.5 - 18.8. BTW. That is not corrected for 33" skinny tires.

Yeah, selective favorable memory. They remember shit that is in their favor. o_O :D She's still my Boo though.

My average is mid 17 if I drive normal. My commute is 44 miles one way. Country, highway and city. Each about the same amount of time. I hate driving normal. I tell myself though that the hybrid daily driver makes up for the trucks shortcoming but the wife wont have any of that BS. Did I mention she is smarter than I look?
