I purchased the Toyota PIDs as well and can't find them. Although, entering the formulas work for trans and tc temps, I'm curious as to they're accuracy

Hi Larzzzz. The toyota pid for tranny temp is exact to the formula - I was playing around with them yesterday. In the pull down menu the tranny remps are near the start of the list. I will post a screen shot in a few minutes.

Here is a shot of the toyota pids and the one I programmed. The programmed one is on the right.[/GALLERY]

Can you tell me if Firefly has any 3rd gen specific PID's? I've been using Dashcommand, but it seems to not have anything for 2016 or newer Tacoma's. Thanks.

Has anyone tried this on a 2004 3.4L Tacoma? Is it possible?

Just downloaded the Fusion app and added this PID and hooked it to a gauge on the display. So far, so good.

Hopefully it will work when I connect to my ODB II reader in my truck at lunch!

    This and that...
Just added to the one of my dashboards. Looks to be working. Thanks for this! Save me some money. Curious how accurate the fuel economy is? Wish there was a sensor for remaining fuel...

I'm also looking for the PID for my 2004 3.4L if anyone has any leads?

It works.... Temps seem reasonable, so I'm using it. Mostly when towing.

This thread is a good candidate for a sticky.

Ugh, no worky... yet. Have fusion app on my iPhone and entered the formula but get no reading.
I got the regular $10 fusion app.
Do I need to buy any add ons?

I use regular $10 Fusion with iPhone, works perfect. Double check your formula against this:

Refer to post #10 for a tweak if your truck is 2009 or earlier
