    I have a few questions:

    1. Will the high clearance bumper fit 2 scepter jerry cans? This is what I own.
    2. Can I have 2 foldable tables, passenger and driver side?
    3. I want to sometimes place a FrontRunner Jerry water can with water tap in the jerry can holder of the bumper.

    https://www.frontrunneroutfitters.com/en/us/front-runner-plastic-water-jerry-can-with-tap.html

Can you leave an opening on the bottom left of the jerry can so I dont have to remove the water can and use it while its installed in the holder?

    4. Is your rear tire holder perfectly vertical or is it angled? I hope vertical.

I will be in the market for a high clearance rear bumper soon, as I just got my 2015 Tacoma 1 month ago.

We are a production shop, most shops like ours will not do "custom work" we have 450 open orders and throwing customization into the equation slows down production and thus makes orders late. We do hope to hire more fabricators in the future (near future) but with our current staff, it is not something we can offer without sacrificing lead times.

This is true, our (2) fabricators we have now have been doing for almost their whole lives and are very very skilled. That doesnt mean that they dont take their time, double check, grind/sand , QC the product, fitment check etc which all takes time for just one bumper. We do all tubing in house by hand as well, that is how they like to do it, and it is not economical for either party to do that kind of customization until we can hire other fabricators. If we were to add a hoop to one side of the bumper, just one we would: have to add it in Solid Works to check for stress, extra gusseting etc, (things that need to be done to do it right that a buddy cant do in a garage) then we would have to hand bend it, cut it, fit check and hope it woks the first time, then weld on. Then fit check, sand/grind. That would cost a single customer (as this is a one off) a great, great deal of money. This is our lively hood, not a side gig so we cannot afford to just cut some tube and weld it on the side. There is too much liability there. You may not think so but Joe Schmoe who has never owned an offroad vehicle may do something wrong and the blame could go in any direction. It has to be done in the same process as everything else, correctly and that is expensive. Once we hire more fabricators, we should be able to offer customization as the lead times wont go up, production wont stop and it will offset some of the cost of the customization, of course at that point it would be offered for ALL customers, one offs are not in any way profitable for a production company. Sorry for the novel haha.

1: yes it will! We have new single nato can mounts. (2) can be added to the accessory mount plate.
2: We will only offer it on one side, if it is a riveted version lik ewe are doing now, we MAY be able to offer that, we just have to see in which way we attach it.
3:The cans will have no customization to them. Even if we did that is too vague of a request as we dont know exactly how you operate that, and where the hole would need to be.You could however drill a small hole if needed!
    upload_2018-7-10_8-18-25.jpg

4: The tire is angled. That is the mos efficient way to mount it, it is also the most user friendly as the tire can sti there as you start the lug nuts. It is also the most requested way we have gotten to mount the tire. 9/10 people who have asked want it angled and unfortunately it is the most interest that wins.

Okay, that’s fair, and I understand where you’re coming from.

I don’t necessarily like it, but you explain it well.

Trust me, we would love to offer customization and used to when we first started and only were doing a few bumpers a week. We just outgrew our staff and are looking to remedy that and offer the sort of things we used to.

Definitely interested. Trying to decide on Standard or High Clearance.

I have a question regarding the fold down table. Due to the shortened length of the swing out, is it still functional with the tailgate down?

I believe this was addressed earlier in the thread, and if memory is correct yes it’ll work with the tailgate down

For what it’s worth, I’d go standard as opposed to high clearance. With the integrated hitch you’ll already be gaining several inches of ground clearance. And knowing what I know about how you wheel, you really don’t “need” the high clearance. Hell, in an old video where @Socalduckslayer is being interviewed about his own truck, Tyler states that a DCSB with one of his standard bumpers is plenty of clearance. I can guarantee you don’t wheel as hard as he does.

Thanks fellas! Must have missed it reading through.

I'm just looking for more challenging 4x4 trails and want to build accordingly. I wanna build for what I want to do, not for what I have done. If that makes any sense.
