Swapping the converter isnt too big of a deal. Especially when you have it that far apart.

That’s the other thing, my night vision isn’t the greatest I don’t think. My philosophy is err on the side of comfort even at maximum duty.

Speaking of night vision I also have the incredibly stupid idea that it would be funny to get a pair of the BD Infrared squadrons and drive around blacked out with some surplus NODs on my noggin. I’m thinking the likelihood of me doing that is pretty low though, expensive and really damn dangerous.

My face when I’m about to crash into a ditch I couldn’t see due to lack of depth perception and total my truck and ruin 40,000 dollars worth of NVG but it was soooooooo worth it to LARP as a tier 1 operator.:rofl::rofl:

That's sucks, are you going tube or hybrid or something? I bet the GTI is a rocket ship compared to the 4R

Hybrid. Should be interesting looking. Everything is a rocket ship in comparison to the 4Runner haha but I miss driving my truck

The only come up I’ve touched was hard to unspool. Supposedly it’s common.

Although if you’re stuck somebody else is running the line for you...

    Warn 9.5xps here

Self picked recovery kit. Everything I need, nothing I don’t.

The tiny 4” long adjustable wrench probably gets the most use. It’s for loosening mall crawler bumper mounted shackles

Any of you guys with Warn buy new with Steel cable and change to syn? I have a M8000 on my rig with the steel cable and consider swapping, but they seem stupid expensive for just the syn line. Don't want to spend like $350 for a 100' rope.
