 If it's only about a thousand dollar difference to pay someone to do concrete, I'm having concrete done. The price point is going to be the final driver. If it's like 2 grand cheaper to do pavers, I'm doing pavers. I just need to get a concrete quote first before I can make a decision.

The HOA thing will be easy. The city permit thing may or may not be needed. Just let me get a quote first dammit!

Today's project: build an in-closet table/shelf to house my modem, router, and printer. And extra storage of random office shit.

A glass table would be pretty cool though! Too bad it's going to be in the closet and I'm never going to look at it haha...

So I still need an actual dining table, which possibly I could use glass for. I was thinking of buying a used barrel, possibly 2, from a brewery when they sell their old ones. From there, I was thinking of if I go with 2, get a rectangular piece of nice plywood and stain it and mount it on top. Or, if I go with just 1 barrel, either do a big circular piece on top, or do a rectangular piece and then make a bigger base for the barrel. Glass could end up being pretty cool for this design

Damn... got any california connects? haha. I'll figure something out. I just missed a barrel sale last weekend too. Luckily they pop up every couple months from different breweries. I'll just deal with my card table until the next one haha

It’s my back patio so outside pour. I don’t know the exact dimensions but it’s roughly an 11x15 area. Thickness, whatever is standard. I don’t know the difference or what a Georgia buggy even is so I can’t answer that question
