Had mine done this morning. Got a message from my primary care provider saying-

The lab results from this morning look good. Keep up the healthy lifestyle efforts. Recheck in one year. Questions/comments?

So I told him I wanted the Shingles vaccine, shots in my knees because they aren't getting better and do something about the arthritis in my hands. He already replied back that he ordered the shots and his nurse will be contacting me for available dates and times. Oh and an eye exam. Wonder how many more appointments these are going to lead too...

I've been hanging out on some forums looking at converting cargo trailers to campers to haul a Side by Side. Even though I don't own either yet LOL. There are some really nice conversions out there but going to be hard to do and keep the weight down to pull. But makes sense to me and for years have thought about it. Come to find out a lot of people don't just think about it, they have done it!

Nurses are not fun when you're in the Hospital

They won't let you drink your favorite soft drink even though there's a soda machine down the hall from your room . they see you hobbling back to your room,on a walker and they see a canvas bag with (4) Mtn Dews and they take them from you

Another is they snitch on you when your friends bring you pizza or Burger King . They then tell your Doctor and Nutritionist and then they jump all over your s*** because of that

Don't get me started on the Vampires I'm mean the lab workers who come to your room and remove your blood and then leaving large bruises where they stabbed you

 

Lol!! Good question Marty! This is their special, and I never asked at this Choke And Puke for grits. I will next time

 

Not to mention the want you to rest so night crew makes a point of waking you up every fuckin hour so the can show how hard they are working so they can get promoted to day shift.
Why are you in the hospital anyway?

 

Never understood the 0430hr wake up to check your vitals !!!

 

The stories I could tell of Nurses at Balboa Naval Hospital , Long Beach Naval Hospital and the Loma Linda VA !!

The Corpsman treated me better !!!
