Color regrets...

a Little bit.. I bet cementtacoTRD is taken.

 

Just remember...exotic-ish colors look cool on new vehicles but not so much as they get older.

For example:
New orange truck = cool
Old orange truck = not so cool

 

You have a point there

It has a lot to do with keeping them clean too. I've seen a lot of crappy old trucks with odd paint jobs, but also some pretty nice ones!

 

I remember when the Tacoma was made in purple. At no point was that color cool, lol.

The current color lineup is all pretty dang good.

 

If spruce mica ever comes back, or army green is offered on the pro, I’ll have some explaining to do with the wife!

I've had white trucks forever and I have a white 16 4Runner now. I had second thought after I bought the Inferno. I think that's human nature.

 

Definitely should've got Quicksand.

 

Always wanted a sand color truck. Love my QS.

 

I like the Cement color, but the wife thinks it looks like shinny primer, she also didnt like the QS because it reminded her of a file cabinet. LOL...I originally wanted Silver Sky, but ended up with MGM. Parked in the sun almost every day, it takes a little more to keep it looking nice, but looks AWESOME after a nice wash and polish! Another thing I hate is that I dont have to drive it, and it gets dirty just sitting there. The hood scoop area collects water and dirt so it seems I am wiping the hood down alot, even if the rest of the truck is clean.

 

I remember seeing that jeep caramel color about five years ago thinking, that would be cool on a Tacoma.

 

If you look in the background of my pic... It's hard to tell since it's kind of dark but my neighbor has a dope af T4R Pro in cement.

I like the Tacoma in white

 

A friend of mine just drug out his 1968 Ford six banger PU, his wife and him cleaned it up, flat turquoise and white with a hint of rust, looks really cool. I was wondering what our trucks will look like 50 years from now, then I remember all the computers on board and thought of course, they will all have been crushed by then!

I still can’t make a color choice

 

I regret not getting black. Problem is taking care of it. I already have a black 4th gen 4runner and it's a pain. Scratches, swirls, and dust suck on black!

Other than that, white was my second choice.

 

I wish i had a quicksand or silver tacoma. but dealer only had black 2017's on lot and i got good price so i have black.

 

No regrets on the Cement. I really like Quicksand too. But Cement is still in the gray category so it should still be an easy sell when the time comes.

 

I had a 17 black SR5. Traded it for a red 18 TRD sport. Very happy now
