Why not make them get a scissor lift. They are way easier to work off of. Fuck those light aluminium ladders. They will slide right out from under you.
If your around anything that could crush your toe or mess up an eye, why not wear them. Not like it's a big hassle. Both have saved me on a few occasions.

    Couple follow up questions:
    1. Why are there bugs in the bathroom?
    2. How bad is the bug problem that you'd need a can of raid in the bathroom?

They keep coming up from floor drain. Don't know why. Terminix doesn't work. Raid does work.

That is absolutely terrifying. Some people are afraid of hights or snakes. I have a fear of something crawling around or biting that very sensitive while I'm in such a vulnerable position. I always flush the toilet before sit to make sure nothing is hiding under the rim.

Easy job with lots of security:

    People are always getting dumber
The government is not getting any smaller
No one really wants to do the job so limited competition
The competition you do have is barely competent enough to tie their own shoes

I work in IT for a conveyor belt accessory manufacturer.
I don't need steel toes daily because I'm not shop staff. I wear glasses already because blind af.
Our ladder is great for us. We don't touch anything over 48vdc and even then, it's very low amp/current.

They won't let me build a battery room for server backup power and I'm pissed about it lol! At least we finally got a natural gas Generac, at the end of 2016, that has yet to be set in its home.

Kick out or no kick out for the sliders? Thinking RSG angled with no top plate. But kinda torn on kickout or not

Yes. Even if you’re not going to wheel it, they make super handy steps for washing the roof.

Kickout for sure. Mine really helps get my rear tire around trees and boulders, also it saved me from tipping over once by just catching a large rock and stopping me

    Kickout, with top plates!

The plates will help save your paint!!

As much as it pains me to say this... I agree with Mike. Whew...that was harder than I thought it would be. Top plates save your paint, they also keep someone from stepping through your sliders and getting a nasty tib/fib fracture.
