Of course you were treated better by the NAVY corpsman :boink::D
It’s not just military or VA hospitals. Regular hospitals suck for the most part too. Espiecialy night crew.

2 nights in a row 2 thunderstorms and 2 nights of a scared dog. Last night was extra special because we had a badass dust storm to go with it so the wind was howling. So not much sleep the last 2 nights. It kinda looks like we may have a 3rd night of thunderstorms. Clouds have been brewing all day.

    Tired...hitting the rack early.

Yah I know and think the same but hate to miss anything. Dwayne is a Grandpa. Cypher is a daddy and keep waiting on puppy pics and updates. And the list goes on...

I respect your opinion a lot Chief and if you think I am barking up the right tree it will keep me barking! You do know what your doing.

Oldest still working for Apple Computer living with me. Still applying for jobs in Boston area and makes the 3rd interview and doesn't get an offer. Well he did for Portland Maine and wished he would have taken it but turned it down. But not so sure he can handle living on his own. After watching him for awhile realize just how much he goes through being in the top 5% of OCD cases in the US.

Youngest I almost posted for Fathers day his cancer is in remission. He elected to not go through chemo again last winter and thought it was the end. Found out a couple of months ago it went into remission without chemo. But he has a lot of complications from before and last night was up from 2AM to 4:30 when his brother woke me up and said Kyle was in pain. Eventually it went away and I got back to sleep. Ready to go to bed wore out getting too old for this shit. Long ways to go yet but at least the cancer is in remission. Thanks for asking Rob.

Got an email from the Admiral asking about dates for SD phez at his house. The Cdr. wife is at chemo treatment 4 of 6 for breast cancer. He lives in SD and said the phez numbers are down still after the drought last year. We go live with Fl. and Az. around the same time so I have to pick either SD for phez or North Shore for grouse. Who ever sets these go lives is obviously not a bird hunter missed SD last year for it with go live in Wi.

Got my new grouse shotgun today after almost a month. Updated version of the Browning Sweet 16.

    A5 Sweet 16 Case.jpg

    Sweet 16.jpg

A5 Come Hell or High Water. After hunting season will strip the peanut butter finish and give the wood a proper stain and coat to let the wood grain come through.

Not sure if it will replace my old Ithaca 37 pump guns but have shoots Thursday and Saturday so a good start coming up.

Well I remembered from last year your a year ahead of me. So I keep tabs on what to expect from you. Don't screw it up for us :D

What Buck and I were referring to was Nurse Ratched in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.

No experience with VA and don't want to. Had enough trouble just trying to log into Tricare West today.

I deal with Nurses on a daily basis for the most part. Even the older Charge Nurses have heart. And a lot of it. Where I work they don't have a Union and don't need one they have the lowest turn over of nurses in any hospital in the US. Because they are empowered and listened to. Which also helps contribute to the reason we are the #1 ranked hospital in the US. The one thing I have screwed up with the women in my life is I pick the ones without heart. I now understand what that is. Yeah I am kind of a slow learning LOL. Nurses don't make enough money for what they do and have to deal with.

I considered that. Last Thursday met up with a couple of my friends to shoot sporting clays but the club was closed for the day after the 4th. They forgot to tell anyone though.

    SC 3 toys.jpg

3rd Gen is owned by a Lab and a springer. The FJ is 2 Lew English Setters.

Guess all my friends own Toyota's and bird hunt LOL.

The FJ owner and I both have decided a Side by Side is a better trail rig. Although a FJ is obviously a much better trail rig than a Taco.

My FJ55 back in the early 80's did OK

But eventually at our age the suspension on it and the FJ will knock your eye teeth down to yer piss sack compared to a UTV. At least in my experience.
