Ehhhhh. You're one to talk. Joined in February this year and already has almost 4500 posts. Gotta come clean, I had you on ignore for the first few months you were on here. But I've come around to this BS forum and how it cleaned up the "What did you do today" thread.

Some people don't understand. While the bay area is not my thing I'd love to get back to the Chico/Redding area. While North Dakota has been good to me career-wise, the state has a WWW problem.

The weather sucks for at least a good six months.
There's the worker issue. This is a huge issue here. There's just not enough qualified people.
There's the women issue. If you don't get married by the age of 24-25 you're basically out of luck. The women to men ratio seems very off too
