Well I swapped back to the general atx tires

Will definitely consider the newer model of the coopers on the next go round though

All I can say is these things make the ride buttery smooth compared to my K02s and I can already tell my gas is gonna be better. Hopefully they’re good in the snow for this winter! Super happy so far

I drive a gravel lane every day, how bad do these throw rocks?

I've run these over +300 miles of Forest Roads, and they hold rocks. The rocks aren't tearing to the tread, but I end up popping the rocks out by hand. The tires throw the stuck rocks on the highway, but it's not an issue for me.

Lookin good! The white lettering on the sidewall really pops against those wheels!

They're not throwing rocks all over the place while driving on the gravel in my experience but they will hold onto some until you hit the pavement. The eject pretty quickly on pavement though. About the same as any A/T tire I've had though in terms of stone retention with the exception that I haven't actually had to pop any out by hand. i've only done about 30 miles of gravel though thus far

Anyone getting these tires in a 235/85r16 on a 3rd gen? If so do you like them and pics. Would they be tucked inside the wheel wells? Also is there any difference between the 4s and LT side wall tread? Is the LT deeper? Form the pics its hard to tell.
    Thanks

LT has more blocks on the sidewall. 235 is too narrow of a tire imo. 255 would be a better setup.

I’ll never do 10 ply again. Loved my K02s but the ride difference is insane. I also don’t tow a whole lot so I really don’t have too much use for them. The 4s are awesome though about to do a 450 mile trip to havasu on them. Can’t wait!

I can get the regular at/3 for $40 less than the 4s, but I’m thinking I might try the 4s anyways. The tread looks basically the same to me.

The shoulder lugs are definitely changed... not just the sidewall. It’s a very irregular, almost random pattern of alternating between sets of 2-sipe and 3-sipes of different widths ... can see when you look close as it’s not a super apparent but I have to think that highly irregular pattern has to do with improvements in handling but I can’t compare to the originals as far as driving goes

So stock on the 2010 DC prerunner sport is 265 65 17. Will 265 70 17 fit on stock suspension with stock mud flaps? Stock 17” prerunner wheels. Can’t wait to get these after all the reviews.

I think they will fit no problem. I drove on the highway today and these are pretty quiet tires. They ride close to stock like and look cool. Side view with the 1" lift in the rear and Bilsteins set at 1" up front.

I bought my second set of the AT3's this Spring. Missed out on a rebate but got a good buy. Great tires. Quiet, smooth, don't hold gravel, etc. Only complaint was the kinda boring sidewall. 4s looks like the same tread pattern, with a little more siping, not a bad thing. If I had the opportunity to pick the 4s at the time for the $$ difference, I probably would have.

As it is, I guess it'll be a few years before I get to do that.

C'mon man, don't ruin this thread with that. The other thread is already a circus. This should be for talking about the actual tires. Not a bunch of people talking about how their orders were cancelled.

I’m sorry some other members who are reading about these tires may want some as well. You won’t hear me complaining when they get cancelled
