    How did you diagnose this?at a shop?
    yeah ill look for a diagram and get a part number. Looks like it needs replacing anyways.

    Disconnect the vacuum line going to the brake booster, plug the line, start the truck, turn it off and if the hissing sound is not there it is the brake booster.
    I would reconnect and start it again to see if it comes back.
    If it is still hissing after disconnecting the vacuum line going to the booster then it is not the brake booster.

    I'll let let everyone know if it holds. Currently its held up to 200 miles of driving which was mostly my farm over corn rows and no maintenance roads so im hopeful

    Unfortunately, I’m not joking. Kind of hard to tell when your fuel sender isn’t working right. I filled it with gas and it sputtered to life.

    You know I always found it strange that we call rust damage cancer, cancer is an overgrowth of cells, if anything rust is more akin to leprosy. And apparently it's pretty advanced leprosy on @JKO1998 truck
