I saw that! Looks awesome. Hoping yall have as good a time as we did in colorado. i have no clue how my truck is still driving somewhat straight. @riz_atx and his son were holding down camp on the 4th while @lilred95 and @Mrguitarguy01 went back into town to get more beer and ice and then he hollers at us on the radio that a wildfire was coming down the mountain after him. We turned around and I pushed my truck to its limit driving like a maniac so Cody's lexus and John's 1st gen didnt get burnt to a crisp. Poor john was in the back seat hitting his head on the headboard every other bump as I was flying down the trail trying to get back before the fire hit camp. Thankfully the wind shifted and all survived lol My skid is trashed now and I blew out one of my SPC UCA ball joints in the process but it was a fun ride. Hoping yall dont get chased around by wildfires while yall are out there.

 

Thank you sir..sucks about your truck but our trip got canned my folks will be in Dallas on business for his work. So we’re gonna goto surf side beach another trip planned in October though.

 

Its all good. Was worth it and I know any one of them three would have done the same thing. Need a new skid any how. Sorry to hear about your trip but hopefully by october the fires are out and yall can have a good time there.

 

Awesome ya it sucks but won’t be so hot then. An I’ll be more trail ready by then.

 

Does anyone know a local fabricator that can design a bed rack that can go over a bestop?
