That is the very reason that I had my sliders built with 0° offset on my Taco! Not worried about spinning around boulders, however I am worried about lateral slides into trees from icy trails. Plus with expanded steel they give the dog a step stool so to speak.

Yeah I have hated ATV's until recently. Some guy half my age and twice my weight would go driving by me on a trail with a scabbard to hold his shotgun and more than once I have been tempted to stick my barrel out as he went by and clothes line him. But always played nice despite temptation.

They can be their own worst enemy from what I have seen, they will go around, through or bypass any barrier. But then again am learning you can't always lump all of them into the same bucket. No matter what the issue is.

Probably better with that then having a Top Secret clearance and then after you retire and it is pulled having FBI NICS run a check on you. At least IME :pout:

I laughed when they had me fill out paperwork for my SECRET clearance for the civil service gig 9 years ago ... my TS SPECAT was done two years prior. Your gov't spending our taxes.

... but then I'm part of the same gov't.

One of my favorite songs, well except for some Zeppelin songs.

Desert Shield and Storm. USS America. Most ships have nicknames but you don't mess with America damn it.

Never did figure out that NAVY stood for Never Again Volunteer Yourself. Did wear a lot of hats. Engineering Group Supervisor. Nuclear Biological Chemical warfare trainer. And this one.

We put together a video of strikes and sorties from the Hornets. Set to the music Bad Company, Bad Company. You likely have never seen this on MTV-

I'm going to miss another Bozeman trip, this time a friends kid is marrying a Bozeman local, they met at University of Oregon.

I can't get time off so the wife and kid are going for a week, she is taking the kid to jellystone before the volcano blows.

In the last 2 hrs i've had numerous severe weather warnings for severe T storms and flash flooding from the NWS on my TV , luckily not in my area

If I look outside towards the East I can see a nice light show out towards Barstow so I can tell they've got some bad T storms out that way

The majority of the NWS warnings is near Cima / Morning Star Mine which is off I-15 in the Mojave National preserve

Well, my wife works for a hospital, so I can tell you something that will make you feel better next time you want to clothesline one of em with the barrel. Chances are good that they will wind up injuring themselves on it. Wife told me there are more patients from quad accidents than all the rest combined.
Hope that helps ya feel better:thumbsup:
