Do the kings seem to encourage faster driving compared to the icons?

They're definitely smoother. But I think the company encourages faster driving haha

theyll be smoother just based off not having the icon digressive valving which causes a firmer spike in the initial damping

Sounds like a decent upgrade to the ride then. You going to marry up the rear with kings as well?

I think i have 2" spacers sitting around somewhere. We could throw those on there so you're still a big truck with the kings.

THIS. I have adjusted my Kings almost ten times on the truck, getting the "t" handle really helps adjust them though. Atleast the Icons are getting some love again.

I tried adjusting on truck. I need 3 more turns. Not happening.

The truck will just sit though, and the kings go back on tomorrow

Buy the T handle through king and its 10 times easier than the punch that is included with the shocks.

Yea man with one punch it can really put you through the test. How many threads you got showing? I think I have about 12 on mine.

4 threads.. I think I should turn it 3 more times to get to similar lift from before?

    5 turns = 1". I did 2 already.

I remeasured the top of hub to bottom of fender, and it was 23.5"

That could be about right as when I was mid travel my coils were about as cranked as yours are now...but with my LT coils they have a little different orientation which is why mine have more threads showing. I wonder if gauging the height by the length of the coilover from your kings to your icons might be a better gauge as well? Are you using a vice to crank them down? I would imagine those would be a bitch to crank down otherwise without something to hold them pretty firmly.

@DOUBLLD is putting in a wall mounted spring compressor to adjust, tonight.

I marked where I want the collar to be. Im guessing 8-9 threads will show
