Either way though man, sounds like it was a good run...got to give it that. True its not like I will be "fresher," but as long as I don't become a fat scooter dad it should be aight.

i'm 33 and i have a 6month old..... last time i pulled zombie days like this was in my early to mid 20's and definitely feel the age hindering me right now. financially we're better off having the kid now though, no way we'd be able to afford it and make the moves we did back then though.

So i am on my way back from Dallas and am taking the southern route to see some relatives in Midland Texas. Everyone and I do mean everyone drive 3/4 ton Ford or Chevy trucks. Midland is an oilfield town. I stop to get gas after see my great aunt. While filling a big dude asks me “Why don’t you drive an American made truck?” This guys was about 25 and fucking huge. Way bigger than @4x4Banger. He was driving a 2012 F-250. I said “I do”and asked him the same question. He looked confused and a bit pissed. I said “My truck was made in Fremont Ca.” He didn’t believe me and I showed him the door sticker then asked to see his sticker. Yup you guessed it Made in Mexico. You have to remember he was pissed during all this and if I had been a younger man I am sure shit would have occurred. They don’t see many long haired guys with earrings down here.

I always envied the badasses that could still ace tests while being half wasted. Now that is an art.

Hey, I was 47 and still in decent shape physically. Now look at me. Fatherhood has beat the shit out of me. :bananadead: But I still wouldn’t change it for anything. Just need to get back to the gym...

I bet it was, I had a high school crush that I got towards the end of high school...but we started to go different paths fast in college. Granted I killed it, but took a while to really move on from it.

My good buddy in college did the graveyard shift all the time at this epic hood BP gas station. It was like witnessing cops on the daily there with the weird shit the hood would do from hobo deaths to a latina crashing into one of the gas pumps that almost took the place out.

Ah man you were the lucky one...my boy "nasty nate" who was a hilarious white guy who ran that BP had a brother at the same college who had that set up. Worked as an IT/security alarm admin at one of their food dispenseries. Guy was either sleeping or doing homework from 11-9am. Made bookoo money too for that gig.

Haha damn who knew hair could become such a big deal right? I feel that's kind of a tease to hire you with your hair long to later make that stipulation. I get the feeling you gave that dude the finger a lot.
