I have the all pro for the second gen and i think it weighs in at about 100lbs give or take. The only down fall i have seen is the mpg went down a little but i am still running on a spacer lift. I need to do a real lift and see if it has any effects on mpgs. Other than that i love it

I doubt you'll see a change in MPGs with a different style of lift. You've added weight to that the engine has to output to move. If you want to move more weight at the same speeds as before...it'll take more gas- regardless of the amount or style of lift.

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...

^^ exactly, but bad mpgs also come from the lessened aerodynamics in front of the wheels and all that air catches in the suspension and underneath where the stock bumper pushed it around. nothing to correct that short of putting the stock bumper back on

I have the All Pro Bumper on my 09 Taco w/ OME Struts w/886 Coils because of the weight of the bumper. The bumper looks great and fits great, but yes it really affects the gas mileage. There are only two things that really bother me about the All Pro Bumper. The first on is that most of the provided hardware was not stainless steel and second is that the powdercoat on the light bar is starting to flake.

flaking has been an issue w/ their stuff. i've got quite a few peel spots from places that have never been touched offroad.

I was going to buy All Pro's back bumper & trail armor kit, but probably won't now because of the powdercoating issue. I live in the "rust belt" and I need coatings to hold up longer than one winter.

I haven't had any problems with the IFS skid either. Most my problems are with the light bar and the hardware. Only time will tell.
