Tbh it’s probably easier to just get a r150f with a transfer case then sas, then it would be to swap frames

Could frame swap in a weekend if you or anyone you knew had a gantry and a winch block.

Closes thing to a gantry I have is the over head crane at my grandmas for pulling engines. But thats not high enough to pick up the cab off the frame if the engine is still on it

If someone can do this on wooden stumps in a dirt driveway, then I’m sure you can do it.

I realize that that worked for him, but this is how people die and shouldn't be an example for anything.

When the dealership swaps frames, they don't leave the engine in the frame, they have a frame that spans from fender to fender, and along each fender that holds the engine up. I'm sure they also have something to hold the rear of the transmission up as well, but I didn't notice exactly what. They just cut the brake and fuel lines and replace, but DIYer might be able to disconnect. Pull exhaust, drive shaft, and unbolt the cab, and up it all goes. Of course, they have removed the bed first.

All this talk about RTT when I’m asleep like a normal human. Popup campers get the job done, unless you’re staying out on the trail, I’d imagine a trailer would be annoying to pull around out there.

So is Bobby making you sell this one when yours comes in? If so we may have to talk if I can convince @BartMaster1234 that he needs my tent

My personal max is somewhere around $1500 for a bigger tent. But I do like those side flaps on the rainfly.
