I just talked to him and I am sending him an email with the CAD designs of the bumpers so he can see what they look like before getting me a price on them.

I think? I honestly did not really catch his name. I will see when he emails me back. I sent him what was going on along with a CAD design for the 3rd gen as that has the high-clearance sides on it and is close to the same overall size of the 2nd gen rear in terms of surface area.

If we are combining the shipping on them, I think Pelfrey is going to have a custom pallet built to save on shipping and would want to either ship directly to a coater or somewhere that accepts freight because of the weight. But who knows honestly... hell, this entire thing could fall apart...

Dave/Trailworx used Xtreme Powder Coat in Grand Prarie to do my bumper when he made it.

But I haven’t reached out to them at all.

If they don’t get shipped straight to the coater let me know, I have a 20ft flatbed that I can help out with if need be for some beer

I have water in one of my side shooters...
Yeah i feel you on that! I dont want so spend the money i spent so much time saving!
    You back in town?
Haha. You can just get some wire taps and plug into the existing wires...
Ummmm i know a place in E TX that can do it for ~$175 each... Could be shipped to a place i know that has a forklift and would be able to get them to the powder coating place...

Tell me more... and a rear bumper for $175 each almost seems too good to be true...

Just realized that there are multiple Crosslink PC in the metroplex...

    http://crosslinksouthpowdercoating.com/index.html
    http://www.crosslinkmckinney.com/
    http://www.crosslinktx.com/

And there is one called Crosslink Powder Coating Corporation at 11122 Morrison St, Dallas, Tx 75229 that is you look on google maps the website icon takes you to the one for crosslink south... so guess I may need to call the number on google maps tomorrow at some point which is the 972 484 number and not the 972 299 for the cedar hill one...

sooooooo which one am I supposed to be contacting!?!?!?!? Since you said Patrick, I would assume not the Crosslink South?
