    They were pretty good. Nothing like the Real Deal in North End Winnipeg tho. Can't eat them anymore, not the Sausage, it's the wheat in the bun that's been diagnosed as killin' me. And I'm 100% Polish,lol

    How Un PC is this.........here in Baltimore, and in other parts of Maryland we have a place called Polock Johnny's! LOL

    One of the best damn polish sausage I ever had, with multiple slits, fried on a hot griddle.
    The only thing I've ever had that compares is Ostrowski's Sausage, also founded here in Baltimore.
    Baltimore has a huge Polish community. I have Polish family members. Grew up eatin' all this Polish.

    Polock Johnny served a sauce on their sausage. It is red and somewhat spicy. If you open a can a chunky Manwich and put it on there it is so close you can't tell.

    Of course don't get me started on Kielbasa!

    One of the Bonuses of workin' crazy hours is driving thru the North End in the early morning when the Mom & Pop butcher shops open the smokehouses for the days sales. Pure Heaven :humble:
