You don’t need the parking brake attached to the overload. I cut that bracket off awhile ago with no ill effects.

With HS progressive 3l AAL, it goes between the main leafs and overload correct? I saw an install video and the guy installed his 3l aal as at the bottom after the overload leaf. Just wanna be clear here.

Just put in some 3rd gen leafs with Icon AAL. To fit the AAL the parking brake hanger had to be cut off the leaf pack. Anyone know of a good place to relocate the bracket so my cable doesn't rub my leaf packs?

I've never reconnected the bracket on the two tacomas I've owner and I've never had rubbing issues. If you're worried, place some heavy duty zip ties on the line where it touches the leafs. That way it's rubbing zip ties instead

So I got the 2” old man emu from wheelers. I’m guessing I should remove that block when I install? It will service the same purpose, correct?

2845A9D3-D454-4377-A7C3-438BDBDC2331.jpg What do y’all do about that bracket? In the OP it looks like those are longer to hold all leafs in place

No need to do anything about it. The centering pin holds all leafs in place.

Is the center pin supposed to be tightened to we’re all leaves are touching?

Yes, center pin should be tightened to where all leaves are touching and snug together.

Is adding a leaf spring to go up 2 inches in the rear going to stiffen up the suspension too much if I don't really add extra weight or tow? Am I better off just buying new leaf packs?

Yes, but at the end it all depend on you budget. AAL and blocks up to 2 inches, are not really that good for your suspension. I am saving for a some dakars EL095R X2 myself! :)
